Migrating to the FourteenFish ePortfolio
Following extensive development and testing, we are pleased to confirm that the transition to our new ePortfolio platform has begun for resident doctors across the UK.
We’re moving from Portfolio Online (provided by Bettison) to a new ePortfolio platform provided by FourteenFish.
The first small cohort of Kent, Surrey and Sussex resident doctors and supervisors were invited to join the new FourteenFish ePortfolio platform at the end of June. Further cohorts of up to 250 resident doctors, will be invited each week following the completion of an Outcome 1 or 2 at the Annual Review of Competency Progression (ARCP).
We’re excited that the migration is finally taking place, having taken the time to undertake additional testing and technical development to ensure a transition as smooth as possible. We will continue to transition each cohort of resident doctors throughout the summer, and all users will be notified in good time with the information and onboarding instructions.
In the meantime, supervisors continue to be added to the platform and will begin receiving invitations to create their accounts. We aim to make this process as seamless as possible, enabling resident doctors to set their training period and locate their supervisors as soon as they gain access to the new platform.
You are also welcome to familiarise yourself with the resources available on our FourteenFish ePortfolio page. If you have any queries or concerns, please email us at eportfoliotransition@rcpsych.ac.uk.
