We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting the inaugural 2026 President Lecture at our event on Wednesday 14 October 2026.

Please note that the event will start at 10am on Wednesday 14 October, and close at 1.30pm on Thursday 15 October 2026.

From 1 May 2026 the standard registration fees will be as follows: 

Single Occupancy Room B&B + conference pass:£489.00*
Twin Occupancy Room B&B + conference pass:£849.00 (for 2 people)*
Non member Single Occupancy Room + conference pass£549.00*
Conference Pass for 14&15 October (no accommodation):£349.00

*denotes that 5* accommodation on a Bed and Breakfast basis is included, with access to the leisure spa facilities for the period of the conference.  Spa treatments will be charged additionally and can be booked directly with the hotel: Spa Treatments | The Spa at Slieve Donard | Newcastle, Co Down

The event will take place at the 5* Slieve Donard Resort and Spa located at the foot of the Mourne Mountains, bordered by golden strands of beach, a landmark of grand Victorian style.

Complimentary and accessible car parking is available for all guests.  The nearest bus station is only a five-minute walk from the Hotel on Railway Street, Newcastle.
