Collaborative resources

The teams participating in Wave 2 of the Demand, Capacity and Flow QI collaborative will attend quarterly events called 'learning sets' to share their learning, successes and challenges. 

On this page, you will find resources that the teams are using as part of their QI project, as well as materials from the learning sets.

The launch of the Demand, Capacity and Flow QI collaborative will be held at the Royal College of Psychiatrists on Monday 7 April 2025 between 10am and 3pm.
