The Royal College of Psychiatrists Leadership and Management Fellow Scheme aims to develop and support a new cohort of emerging medical leaders within psychiatry.

2023/24 Scheme Programme

This is the programme outline for the 2023/24 Leadership and Management Fellow Scheme.

Most modules will be delivered via Zoom from 9.15am-4.30pm. The Welcome event in September and the Politics, Power and Persuasion module in January will take place in-person from 9.15am-4.30pm. The Celebrating Success event in June will run from 10am-4.00pm. Please note these in-person modules will take place at 21 Prescot St, London (participants in the scheme should reclaim expenses from their local organisation). Modules will not be recorded or available to watch on demand.
