Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) - The CPS manages remuneration for prosecution advocates, external counsel, operational witnesses, and costs sought against convicted defendants.

HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) - HMCTS is responsible for setting the civil court fees paid by litigants to initiate or progress legal actions, as well as managing the system for fee exemptions.
