Demand, Capacity and Flow QI Collaborative: Wave 3
The National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health at the Royal College of Psychiatrists is launching the third wave of the Demand, Capacity and Flow Collaborative in May 2027.Following a successful first and second cohort of the DCF Collaborative, the NCCMH is launching the third wave in May 2027. The design of the collaborative and support offered will be based on our learning from the previous waves.
The Collaborative will run for two years, beginning May 2027. The initial six-eight months will involve teams understanding their system through process mapping, and designing their QI project (project aim, measures, and theory of change). We will also support the teams to co-produce their work and bring an equity lens to it. The following 16-18 months will be spent testing ideas and embedding changes.
