Event Information

Ticket prices - you will be able to select your ticket type when you make your booking.

When you select the yellow booking button, you will be able to register an account if you are not already a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists - you can then book your preferred ticket type.

Book online - pay using a debit card or credit card and receive instant confirmation and a receipt

Is your organisation paying on your behalf? - Use the online booking system to request a payment link - you can share this link with your organisation if they are paying on your behalf

The call for posters is now closed. Authors will be contacted with the outcome week commencing 20 July.

This event will be live in London, and also livestreamed online via a platform called EventsAir. Registered participants will receive their link to watch the conference in their joining instructions. Joining instructions will be sent out a few days  before the conference is due to take place.

When you join the conference online you will be able to:

  • view a video of the speaker alongside any slides
  • ask your questions to the speakers and chat with other delegates via the discussion forum

All registered participants will also have access to this conference recording for up to two months post event.

To successfully join the event online you will need:

  • access to a reliable internet connection
  • a PC, laptop, tablet or phone.

We recommend attendees use Google Chrome or MS Edge for their browser.

The hybrid conference is being delivered from our venue in London, and our exhibition package includes:

  • Exhibition stand (table and two chairs, with space for banner stand)
  • Refreshments and lunch for two stand staff each day
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Access to in-person conference sessions and the on-demand content
  • Logo and your weblink/your organisation details added to livestream platform
  • Details on the Attendee App
  • Attendees can log in a few days in advance, watch live sessions, on-demand content, view posters and resources, and meet other attendees online – the platform will stay open for 12 weeks after the event date
