Exhibitor information and order forms

Please see below the necessary order forms and the relevant deadlines.

Forms all exhibitors are required to complete:

• App content form - return to exhibition@rcpsych.ac.uk by 1 May 2026
• Name badge form - return to exhibition@rcpsych.ac.uk by 1 May 2026
  
• ACC Liverpool Risk assessment - return to exhibition@rcpsych.ac.uk by 1 May 2026 (shell scheme exhibitors only)
• Risk assessment and method statement by 1 May 2026 (free build stands only)
• Nameboard and additional stand fittings order form - return to INDEX Group by 15 May 2026 (required for shell scheme exhibitors only)

• Exhibitor extras order form (additional exhibitor passes, data scanners, advertising opportunities - return to exhibition@rcpsych.ac.uk ASAP to secure your additional items
  
• Email exhibition@rcpsych.ac.uk if you need to book a slot in the loading bay

• Furniture order form - see the catalogue for options before completing the form - order by 15 May 2026
• Electrical order form - order by 15 May 2026
• Audio visual order form - order by 15 May 2026
• Stand graphics information flier - contact myevent@indexgroup.org or call (+44) 0800 085 9855 to discuss your requirements and obtain a quote. A 20% early bird discount will apply to orders made before 15 May 2026. The final deadline is 29 May 2026.

• Internet services, stand cleaning and catering - order through ACC Liverpool online exhibition portal - Exhibitor Service Center by  June 2026
