How prevalent is autism in doctors?

The College has agreed to support a survey to assess the prevalence of autism and autistic traits of doctors in the UK.

The survey is being run by researchers from Brighton and Sussex Medical School and Autistic Doctors International.

Their aim is to ensure healthcare staff who are autistic are properly supported throughout their career.
