Free eLearning module to help your organisation reach Net Zero
In November last year, the College launched a series of new resources to help members deliver sustainable care and meet Net Zero targets for their organisations.
These were in recognition of the role that our mental health services play in helping to build a more sustainable and greener NHS for the future.
Building on these resources, we are excited to launch a free eLearning module to support mental health professionals to learn more about the need for change and how to put the resource recommendations into action.
The module is aimed at everyone involved in providing mental health care, from frontline staff to senior leaders.
It aims to provide learning around how to identify carbon intensive processes, how improving sustainability can benefit quality of care and supports individuals to understand how they can influence system change. Learners will come away with tangible actions and next steps to implement in their own practice to support their journey to Net Zero.
Our members are instrumental in implementing changes within services and we would encourage sharing widely amongst colleagues to ensure that building sustainable services becomes a priority for everyone.
The eLearning module can be accessed through our website where you can also gain access to the guidance, online sustainability network and educational webinars.
