Dr Vivienne Curtis

Prof Vivienne Curtis is a Consultant Psychiatrist leading the team at the Place of Sfety assessment unit at the Maudsley Hospital. She is also the HEE Head of School of Psychiatry for London, HEE Associate Dean for academic training in London and  the RCPsych Asociate Dean for academic psychiatry. The area covered in this session (the relationships between violence, aggression and workforce wellbeing) is where her clinical and educational worlds overlap. The projects being presented not only highlight the issues but suggest possible mitigations which would be of benefit to both staff and patients.
