that might get you, and your friends and family to think slightly differently about your lifestyle.
Other ways you can bring a little green to your local community include finding out more about walking groups, green gyms, other nature-based forms of healthcare, and joining a network to share information and coordinate action outside of work, such as Psych Declares.
