Lead facilitator; Donna Bradford

Donna Bradford is a Registered Mental Health Nurse currently working as the Head of Carer and Relative Experience for Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Donna’s background is 20 years working in acute mental health inpatient facilities and then five years of working in rehab and forensic services.

Donna is a Lead Peer Reviewer for the CCQI Rehab network and also sits on the Rehab Advisory Board. She also sits on the National Steering Group for the Triangle of Care project for Carers Trust and was the Project Manager from 2019 – 2022 on an Honorary Contract.

She is a Meriden Behavioural Family Therapy trainer and also delivers this to families who access the Trust. Since 2018 Donna has been leading on improving the carer and relative experience within her Trust and is passionate about supporting and educating carers and relatives to better navigate services, educate around mental illness and medication, and be part of their loved one’s journey through all parts of the Trust.
