Sign up to attend 'Question Time with the Officers'

The first of our new monthly ‘Question Time with the Officers’ events for members is taking place on Friday 29 September.

The College is launching the webinars to give members the best possible access to information about activities at the College.

Each month, our President Dr Lade Smith CBE and one of the College’s Officers will hold a live online event, and will answer the questions that you, our members, have been asking.

The new initiative is intended to ensure that members and affiliates have the opportunity to forward suggestions about to how to improve things in mental healthcare; to learn more about the College and what it does, and to ask questions about some of the initiatives being undertaken and decisions being made.

Registrar Dr Trudi Seneviratne OBE, Dean Professor Subodh Dave and Treasurer Professor John Crichton will join Lade depending on the subjects to be discussed.

For the first one on 29 September, Lade will be joined by the College Dean, Professor Subodh Dave.

Lade said:

“During the Presidential elections, I was often told by members that they don’t know what is happening at the College, or how decisions are made.

“This initiative is to help make sure members and affiliates can ask us about the things on their mind, get clear answers on what the College is thinking or doing, and make suggestions for improvements in mental health care.”

Join us for the first Question Time with the Officers

The first Question Time with the Officers is taking place at 11am-11.30am on Friday 29 September.
