What will I learn?
Learning objectives:
- To understand the diagnosis and potential severity of OCD
- To examine evidenced-based CBT approaches to OCD
- To feel confident in delivering effective treatments based on exposure methods to people with OCD
- To look at approaches that may be taken to improve outcome in patients who fail to respond to first-line treatment.
- To understand how OCD can be impacted by other conditions including depression and developmental disorders and how these may modify the approach to treatment.
