Divisional Recruitment Co-Lead, Severn Deanery area - Dr Kate Franklin
Dr Franklin's role is to co-ordinate the Choose Psychiatry activity in the Severn Deanery area of the south west region, chairing the Severn Choose Psychiatry Network and representing the South West Division at the national Choose Psychiatry meetings.
Divisional Recruitment Co-Lead, Peninsula Deanery area - vacant
The Divisional Recruitment Co-Lead for the Peninsula Deanery area co-ordinates the Choose Psychiatry activities in the south of the Division, chairs the Peninsula Choose Psychiatry Network and, along with their fellow Co-Leads, represents the South West Division at the national Choose Psychiatry meetings.
Divisional Recruitment Co-Lead, Dorset area - vacant
The Divisional Recruitment Co-Lead for the Dorset area co-ordinates the Choose Psychiatry activities in the Dorset area of the Division, chairs the Dorset Choose Psychiatry Network and, along with their fellow Co-Leads, represents the South West Division at the national Choose Psychiatry meetings.
Psychiatry Trainee Co-Leads, Severn Network - Dr Catherine Trimble and Dr Rebecca Linfitt
Dr Trimble and Dr Linfitt are responsible for attending the central Choose Psychiatry Committee meetings at the College and helping to implement the Choose Psychiatry strategy locally. Their role includes co-ordinating involvement in the various recruitment activities we support across the deanery area, including school talks, careers fairs and planning local Schools of Psychiatry for school students, medical students and foundation doctors. They also work closely with our Choose Psychiatry representatives at local hospitals to ensure that foundation doctors have up-to-date information about College initiatives.

The Psychiatry Deputy Trainee Leads for the Severn Network have a complementary role to that of the Trainee Co-Leads and they work closely with our Choose Psychiatry supporters, university Psychiatry Societies, local organisations and the Division office to support divisional activities.
