Call to publish NHS workforce plan

We’ve joined National Voices and over 80 other organisations to call on the Government to publish the long-anticipated NHS workforce plan - ensuring it is fully funded – and to clearly set out the workforce numbers required to improve patient care and the working lives of NHS staff.

The chair of RCPsych in Scotland, Dr Linda Findlay, has reacted to the appointment of new ministers in the Scottish Government, including the new First Minister.
