Confinement - A Women in Mind Event
Hosted on 26 October by The Royal College of Psychiatrists and Kings College London. The evening explored how quarantine has challenged our sense of ourselves with and in conversation with Susie Orbach and Abigail Burdess.

RCPsych Faculty of General Adult Psychiatry conference
Professor Louise Howard, WMHSIG Exec Committee member and Professor in Women's Mental Health at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust presented at the faculty conference on 15 October 2020.
Her talk on the subject of Domestic violence and abuse and mental health during the Covid pandemic and beyond: implications for general adult psychiatrists can be viewed back now.
Women in Mind series
'Women in Mind' is a series of events by the Women and Mental Health Special Interest Group, Royal College of Psychiatrists, in collaboration with the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London.
It aims to engage health professionals and the public in debate and discussion about challenges to women's mental health across the lifecycle.
The events are shaped around interviews with inspirational women on professional or personal experiences that have shaped their views on women's mental health, both in terms of difficulties and resilience.
