The International Congress 2025 Call for Posters is now open!

Do you have a fascinating case study worth publishing?
This is your chance to showcase your work at the RCPsych International Congress 2025!
Poster abstract submissions are now open for this year’s International Congress, taking place in-person at the ICC Wales, Newport from 23 – 26 June 2025.
Successful authors will have their posters displayed in our ePoster Hub for delegates to view throughout the Congress. You will also get the chance to present your work live to fellow delegates. Our ‘Pitch your Poster’ slots offer 5-minute opportunities to present your poster to a crowd during refreshment breaks. These are a very popular feature of the Congress poster presentations, so make sure you look out for when slots open for booking.
This is an unmissable opportunity to elevate your CV, get your work published and hone your presentation skills by speaking at one of the biggest events in the psychiatry calendar.

The deadline for submissions is 5pm (GMT) on Friday 7 February 2025. We will not accept any late submissions.
Top tips!
- Make sure you have read the full guidance and FAQs before submitting your abstract.
- Submit all abstracts via our online portal (Oxford Abstracts). We will not accept proposals via email.
- Complete the online submission form as fully and as accurately as possible. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
- You can edit and amend your submission up until the deadline.
- Please ensure you identify who the presenting author is.
- There is no limit to the number of abstracts you can submit. Simply login to the portal with the username and password you have created and add a new abstract.
- There are a limited number of bursaries available for medical students, foundation doctors and trainees based in various divisions.
- Last year we accepted over 700 submissions, so submit your abstract now to be one of this year’s poster presenters!
