Dr Nishanth Babu Mathew
Chair, North West Division
Dr Nishanth Babu Mathew is a Consultant Adult Psychiatrist, currently working in Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, Liverpool . He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych)
He is currently vice chair of the North West Division of RCPsych and will be taking over as Chair in June 2022. He has been the North West Division representative on RCPsych Education and Training Committee.
He has significant experience in management roles and has worked as Clinical Director and Inpatient Lead .
His priorities include co production, parity of esteem between physical and mental health and Equality and Diversity.
