Erica Deti

Erica Deti is the programme lead of NHS England’s first anti-racism framework- the Patient Carer Race Equality Framework at North East London Foundation Trust. Erica also worked on the PCREF pilot at South London and Maudsley and Transformation Partners in Health and Care in the London Mental Health Transformation programme.

She is a carer and has used her lived and professional experience to hold space for communities to address the deep-seated roots of inequalities in mental health systems. She has developed keen understanding of transformational change, anti-racism practice and developing equitable healthcare for all.
