The role

We have a rewarding and varied role for Membership and Governance Executive Officer within our Membership and Governance team.

You will have project management skill and the ability to develop policies and procedures and ensure that they adhere to latest legislation and advice. You will have a proven track record of committee management at a senior level and be an assured report writer and minute-taker, with a focus on plain-English. Knowledge and experience of complaints management would also be an advantage.

You should be a team-player with excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complicated issues to a wide range of people with accuracy and authority.

You must be adept at juggling priorities and be prepared to undertake routine everyday support tasks with the same attention to detail as you would high-level work – you must be able to collate documents as well as analyse and explain them.
