Actor David Harewood best known for his roles in Homeland and Supergirl talks to Adrian James about his experience of psychosis earlier in his life, what it means to be a black actor today and why he feels happier speaking to a black therapist.
The star made a groundbreaking documentary last year on BBC Two when he spoke candidly about his breakdown including what psychosis was like to experience and the aftermath of opening up in front of the camera.
He gives the College his thoughts on dealing with mental health from a black perspective.
