A vacancy has arisen for the Eating Disorder Subspecialty Advisory Committee (SSAC). The post will appeal to consultants in Eating Disorders who are able to demonstrate and enhanced educational leadership role and experience as an Educational Supervisor.
The SSAC is responsible to the Education and Training Committee (ETC) for monitoring and improving training and assessment within Eating Disorder training and advising on related issues. The SSAC also contributes to workforce and recruitment issues for ETC as required and liaises with other SAC/SSAC Chairs.
The post is voluntary, and the appointee should expect, with agreement of their employer, to spend up to two days per month in this role.
