The roles

We are delighted to be recruiting for a new role of Head of Lived Experience and Co-production for the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health (NCCMH).

With this role we are looking to take the next step in our co-production journey, by embedding our first Lived-Experience role into the NCCMH’s leadership team.

We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to helping mental health services to provide the very best care to people, and embedding equity and sustainability in all that we do.

You will oversee all of the NCCMH’s co-production and engagement work and will have a particular focus on bringing Lived-Experience leadership to our Culture of Care Programme.

To be eligible you will have experience of using, or caring for someone who has used mental health services, and in working in lived experience roles which have involved some leadership.

This is a full-time post, but we welcome any applications from people who would like to work on a job-share basis.
