The Role

Here at the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health (NCCMH), we co-produce and develop evidence-based guidance, standards, workforce competences and quality improvement initiatives to enable the delivery of high-quality, equitable, mental health care.

We are looking to recruit to a new role to support our exciting new QI programme to improve the culture of care on Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism inpatient wards in England.

You will be used to working under pressure to tight deadlines, with proven data analysis skills and experience of working with data for improvement.

This is a complex programme with many stakeholders and around 260 improvement projects, and we expect the post holder to support this by providing high-quality, accurate information to our QI and programme management team.

We are looking for someone who is committed to co-production, equity and sustainability in the way that they work, as well as an enthusiasm for learning.
