On this page is a survey for organisations which signed up to adopt Tackling racism in the workplace, during the first three months after launch.

The guidance has 6 areas to improve: Leadership and Strategy, Accountability, Addressing concerns, Equity of Opportunity, Organisational Culture, and Specific sections of the workforce – and each of the 15 actions sit under one of these. In which of these areas have you made most progress? Have you got any success stories, or examples of good practice other organisations might find useful to hear about?

In which of these areas have you not made as much progress as you would like, or found challenging? What are the barriers you’ve faced? (One reason we’re interested is because it may be other organisations have faced the same barriers, and we can start a discussion about how they can be overcome)
