The QED team are holding accreditation training sessions up to three times a year. Our sessions usually take place via MS Teams.
The next training session is taking place on Tuesday 22 September 2026 from 9.30 - 11.30am via MS Teams.

This training will cover what an accreditation is, how to prepare for it as a service being reviewed, and how to prepare for it as a reviewer. If you would like to learn more about the accreditation process or if you would like to join one of our accreditation reviews as a reviewer, then please sign up! Spaces are limited on this training session so sign up soon.

The QED Annual Forum is taking place on Wednesday 8 July 2026.
This year’s event will focus on how peer support can enhance and improve eating disorder services. The day aims to provide a comprehensive platform for sharing knowledge, lived experiences and service innovations, highlighting the unique impact that peer support brings to recovery and service development.

Fee: Free for members of the QED/QNIC/QNCC networks, £85 for non-members.
QED Annual Forum Artwork Competition
We will also be hosting a QED Artwork Competition as a part of this year's Annual Forum
The theme for this competition is Community. Patient submissions are now open!
We encourage patients to share their creativity and inspire others through their art.
This is open to all inpatient and community patients, providing an exciting opportunity for your artwork to be featured in future QED publications and displays. Attendees at the Forum will have the chance to vote for their favourite pieces. We encourage patients to share their creativity and inspire others through their art.
The winner will also receive a gift voucher.
Please note, the artist will remain anonymous should they wish to submit their artwork.
If you would like to submit artwork to us, please email us confirming the name of the ward/service and forward a PNG of the art and a submission form to QED@rcpsych.ac.uk. The deadline for submissions will be Monday 15 June 2026.
