MSNAP 17th Annual Forum

The Memory Services National Accreditation Programme (MSNAP) within the Royal College of Psychiatrists' College Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQI) is pleased to host its 17th Annual Forum for National Memory Services!

The theme for this year’s Forum is ‘Innovations in Memory Services’, offering an opportunity for services to share new or creative work that improves care delivery and outcomes. We invite abstracts that demonstrate innovation or good practice, including research, quality improvement projects, service redesign, digital solutions, or initiatives that enhance patient and carer experience within Memory Services.

If you would like to submit a speaker proposal, please complete the speaker proposal form. The deadline for the proposal form is 9th May 2026.

Peer reviewer training

This training is specifically for staff working in MSNAP member services and will qualify you to become professional MSNAP peer reviewers.

It will prepare you for the role of peer reviewer, and build skills in group facilitation and delivery.

Once qualified, attending reviews is a great membership benefit, as you will:

  • gain useful experience and knowledge of how other memory services are managed and run
  • network with other organisations and share good practice
  • develop deeper insight into how organisations are experienced by frontline staff members, patients and families.

Next training date: 8 September 2026 (10am-12:00pm)

Please complete the booking form to attend this training.
