QN-Neuro standards
The QN-Neuro standards provide a clear and comprehensive description of best practice in neuro services.
Our standards are based on the available literature and extensive consultation with staff, patients and carers with experience in neuropsychiatry.
The QN-Neuro standards are revised every two years. The second edition of standards has now been published.
QN-Neuro: Outpatient standards development
We are now developing a new set of standards specifically for outpatient and community neuropsychiatry services. These standards will support services participating in peer reviews and ultimately, accreditation.
The standards revision will take place in two parts:
- Providing written feedback on the draft set of standards
- Participating in an online standards development workshop on Thursday 17 September 2026.
