Join the network

For all membership enquiries, please contact perinatal-chat@rcpsych.ac.uk. In order to get you registered with the network, you must provide a purchase order for the relevant membership fee and a completed joining form (downloadable from below). 

On the form you need to give three potential dates for a PQN review team to visit you. Please also provide the names of three members of staff in your service who will visit other services.
