QNVMHS publications

Our third edition of standards have recently been published to support the quality improvement of veteran mental health services in the UK. They were developed from recommendations in key literature, research and in consultation with a range of stakeholders.

Care has been taken to ensure that the development of these standards has taken into consideration a wide range of sources, including research, policies, NICE guidelines and the views of professionals working in veteran mental health services.

QNVMHS Fourth aggregated reportWe are pleased to share our fourth aggregated report for the Quality Network for Veterans Mental Health services (QNVMHS) which collates data gathered from peer review visits of veterans mental health services.

This report looks at several QNVMHS standards which are commonly unmet by veteran mental health services undergoing a peer review. The report will detail the reasons why these areas are commonly unmet and some suggested recommendations for how to evidence these.

If you would to our findings and impact analysis from self-report data from 2022 - 2023, you can find this in our third aggregated report.

We invite members of staff, veterans from veterans mental health services, family and friends, and external stakeholders to submit an article for the Quality Network’s newsletter.
