Stories & Impact

This collaborative represents one of the largest QI programmes globally on this topic and despite happening during a consistently challenging period due to the COVID-19 Omicron variant, participating teams have had numerous successes.

At the end of the 12-month collaborative, results from the weekly surveys completed by each team showed an improvement across the three outcome measures:

  • A 51% improvement in the percentage of people who have enjoyed being at work frequently

  • A 41% improvement in the percentage of people who are experiencing no symptoms of burnout

  • A 42% improvement in the percentage of people who are extremely likely to recommend their team as a place to work
