The College launched guidance and resources to help mental health employers tackle racism in the workplace. Act Against Racism is our campaign to get organisations to adopt the guidance, and take vital steps towards addressing this huge problem.

The guidance was developed with Medical Directors, the NHS Race and Health Observatory, and the expertise of a working group.

Datblygwyd y canllawiau gyda Chyfarwyddwyr Meddygol, Arsyllfa Hil ac Iechyd y GIG, ac arbenigedd gweithgor.
