Presidential elections – voting is open
Voting in the RCPsych Presidential election opened yesterday (Wednesday) – with Dr Kate Lovett, Professor Russell Razzaque and Dr Lade Smith CBE all vying to replace Dr Adrian James when he demits office next July.
The election period will run until midday on Wednesday 18 January – with the result being declared on Thursday 19 January.
The successful candidate will become the eighteenth President of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, during the 2023 International Congress, being held in Liverpool, between 10-13 July.
All members who are eligible to vote will have received ballot emails yesterday from the College and our election partners Civica Election Services, with a link to the voting site.
