Announcing new 'Question Time with the Officers'

The College is launching a new series of monthly webinars to give members the best possible access to information about activities at the College.

Each month, our new President Dr Lade Smith CBE and one or more of the College’s Officers will hold a live online event, and will answer the questions you have been asking.

The new initiative is intended to ensure that members and affiliates have the opportunity to forward suggestions about to how to improve things in mental healthcare; to learn more about the College and what it does, and to ask questions about some of the initiatives being undertaken and decisions being made.

Registrar Dr Trudi Seneviratne OBE, Dean Professor Subodh Dave and Treasurer Professor John Crichton will join Lade depending on the subjects to be discussed.

Lade said:

“During the Presidential elections, I was often told by members that they don’t know what is happening at the College, or how decisions are made.

“This initiative is to help make sure members and affiliates can ask us about the things on their mind, and get clear answers on what the College is thinking or doing, and make suggestions for improvements in mental health care.”
