Join the third wave of the Advancing Mental Health Equity (AMHE) Collaborative

This new wave will support frontline teams, middle management and leadership to address their local mental health inequities. Has your organisation applied yet?

Mental health provider organisations can now apply to be part of the RCPsych’s innovative third wave of the AMHE Collaborative.

Our 18-month wave, starting in September 2024, will provide bespoke QI support, 1:1 coaching and mentoring to mental health service provider organisations (NHS, third sector and private providers). This support will enable those organisations to respond to their population’s mental health equity issues and to implement the NHS England and Improvement Advancing Mental Health Equality Resource and Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework (PCREF).

Targeting three levels of organisations

We will:

  1. help providers of mental health care use QI techniques to advance mental health equity for their population,
  2. empower middle management to connect across their organisation
  3. support and develop leaders to nurture QI throughout their organisation.

Organisations will work with their local communities to understand how to make local services work better for them and we will help facilitate this using a personalised approach.

Visit our website for details of the full support offer and what previous waves have achieved.
