Sally Spensley

Sally Spensley is a Lay Trustee of the College and a member of the Finance and Management Committee.

Following an MA in Psychology , Physiology and Philosophy from the University of Oxford, Sally went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant. She then pursued a commercial career as a Finance Director primarily in the advertising and marketing services sector. From 2008 to 2019 she was the Chief Financial Officer for the EMEA region for J Walter Thompson, one of WPP’s major networks. In this role she served on several Boards around Europe, and was responsible for all financial , legal and HR matters.

Sally is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
