
Caitlin Cockroft
QI Coach
Caitlin is a Quality Improvement Coach on the Culture of Care programme with the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health (NCCMH).
She has a professional background in community-based and inpatient mental health programme management. She has worked on projects in South Sudan, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan, and in the UK. Many of the projects Caitlin has overseen have had lived experience coproduction at the heart of them.
She has an academic background in psychology, including positive psychology, as well as humanitarian-focused psychosocial support, and humanistic counselling. This learning all feeds into her desire to work in an equity-focused, strengths-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed way, to support people with change and growth.
Caitlin’s character strengths include curiosity, love of learning, perspective, hope, and kindness.
