Jonathan Warren

Jonathan is a retired chief Nurse and CEO. He spent most of his career at East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) where he was Deputy CEO and Chief Nurse. He was part of the team that developed the quality management system at ELFT. 

He has a developed a keen understanding of improvement methodology and understands the cultures needed to allow improvement to thrive. Following his retirement he has continued as a faculty member of the IHI and most recently was part of the team that undertook the enquiry into the abuse that took place at the Edenfield unit in Manchester.
