Mark Allan

Mark is Head of Peer Work at Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust.  An early entrant into the Trust’s first lived experience roles, he went on to lead on the creation of the recruitment, team preparation, training, supervision and support structures for peer support workers.  Mark has a proven track record of working with a range of community and inpatient services to successfully implement values based peer roles. He is also Vice Chair of the National Hearing Voices Network (England).
