Megan is a Quality Improvement Coach with the NCCMH. Megan has previously worked at the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Centre for Quality Improvement, on the Quality Network for Inpatient CAMHS. In this role, Megan supported the quality improvement and accreditation of inpatient CAMHS services across the UK and Republic of Ireland, championing the lived experience voice of children, young people and their families.  

Megan is also a part time PhD Student at University College London, exploring the experiences of young parents of infants on neonatal units, aiming to make a positive impact on the practical and mental health support available to young parents. This PhD combines Megan’s professional background in quality improvement, with her interest in neonatal care and equitable care for young people.
