Foundation Trainee Conference 2023

We were delighted to host the annual virtual Foundation Trainee Conference on Thursday 14 September 2023.

Overview of the conference

On Thursday 14 September we held our annual online Foundation Trainee Conference. This all day event explored and  introduced delegates to the many opportunities available for a career in psychiatry.

Delegates had the opportunity to hear and learn from a mix of speakers including: Dr Henrietta Bowden-Jones, Dr Tade Thompson, Dr Steve Peters as well as trainees and, speakers from Doctors in Distress and Practitioner Health, who shared more information about their career pathways in psychiatry and how to maintain a sustainable career in medicine while looking after your wellbeing.
