BACS: Email your registration form along with your remittance advice to southwest@rcpsych.ac.uk. Make payment using bank details on the form. Places can only be reserved when remittance is received with this form and advice, using reference ‘J1K002’ and the delegate’s name.

Conference overview and programme
At the South West Division, we're delighted to invite you to our Spring Biannual Meeting 2023, which will be held virtually via Zoom, and recorded to be made available post-event to watch on demand.
The conference will provide an exciting programme on the theme of ‘Controversies and challenges in psychiatry’, and the day will include prize presentations. We have a great selection of talks focusing on the particular challenges and controversies faced when looking after people with serious mental illness, and will include opportunities for questions.
Speakers include:

- Dr Rachel Ruddy – Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Lead, States of Jersey
- Dr Lynne Jones – Honorary Associate Professor, Centre for Global Mental Health
- Dr Richard Laugharne – Emeritus Consultant Psychiatrist, Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust; and Research Lead, RCPsych South West Division

How to watch on demand
Please register for the conference in advance – booking closes on Thursday 8 June 2023.
- All registered participants will have access to a recording for up to two months after the event.
- Once the conference has taken place live, you will receive links to watch the conference sessions on demand.
- To access the recordings you will be required to enter your name, email address and a password.
- This is unique to you as a registered delegate so please do not share the recording links.
