Mentoring

The London Division is keen to work on a mentoring strategy that supports psychiatrists across London.

While each Trust decides on its own mentoring policy and offer, the London Division is looking to raise the profile of mentoring, for mentors and mentees, to advocate for mentoring and to develop and share resources and good practice.
