Educator Course Lead (RCPsych Learn)

As part of the creation of RCPsych Learn, we are looking for a course lead to be responsible for the content, delivery and maintenance of College-run training to support faculty development including Clinical and Educational Supervisor training and other educational products to support medical educators.
This role reports directly to Associate Dean for Advanced Learning and works directly with the Events Team.
These courses are part of RCPsych Learn, which encompasses College-wide learning and educational activities. RCPsych Learn aims to upskill the psychiatric workforce to directly improve patient care.
Key responsibilities
- To lead on the development of online Clinical and Educational Supervisor training involving a blend of eLearning and live webinars.
- To regularly review content of Clinical and Educational Supervisor training, including the content of the eLearning and format of the webinar. Responding to feedback as required.
- To keep abreast of new developments and changes to training requirements.
- Appoint and maintain a pool of appropriately qualified faculty to deliver training.
- Conduct training and support of faculty where required.
- Identifying and leading on new areas of training to support educators, where identified and approved by Associate Dean and RCPsych Learn Oversight Board.
