Tom Ayers
Director of NCCMH
Tom joined the College in 2016 following 12 years working as an operational manager in the NHS, predominately working in community mental health services in Scotland.
At the NCCMH Tom has led the team in the development of a range of national standards for mental health care in the NHS and has particular interests in co-production, quality improvement and evidence-based support, care and treatment.
He is also interested in leadership development and works for the NHS graduate training scheme.
