College prize proposal form for ETC
Information
All prizes must be ratified by the Education and Training Committee (ETC) before being advertised.
A prize proposal form must be submitted by the relevant group at least two weeks in advance of an ETC meeting for it to be considered for approval by the committee.
Cut-off dates for 2024
- 12 February in time for the ETC meeting on 21 February
- 17 June in time for ETC meeting on 27 June
- 7 October in time for ETC meeting on 16 October

How to submit a prize proposal for ETC
To submit a prize proposal, please fill in the prize proposal form.
Previously advertised prizes
If you have a prize that has previously been advertised but you are unsure if it has been to ETC for approval, please email us with the title of the prize, the prize format, and year the prize was first advertised. We will then email you to confirm.
Any previous prizes that have not be submitted to ETC must be resubmitted for approval before being advertised again.
