Organisation registration with ACP 360
The information below explains how mental health care organisations may benefit from registering with ACP 360.
As well as accepting independent registrations from psychiatrists, ACP 360 allows registrations from organisations that wish to support their psychiatrists in accessing and using our sytem; a unique multi-source assessment and reporting tool for appraisal and revalidation.
Your local, designated Organisation Administrator for ACP 360 will be able to register your psychiatrists on their behalf and oversee the progress of their assessments, supporting them through this process. Additional benefits and explanations are provided below.
If you're a psychiatrist interesting in joining ACP 360, you may wish to check if your organisation is a member and can already provide you with access to the system - please review the 'Current organisation members' list below.
Benefits of registering your organisation with ACP 360:
- Take control of the process to register your consultant or SAS psychiatrists on their behalf.
- Monitor and purchase credits, used to register your psychiatrists and start additional assessments.
- Monitor the progress of psychiatrists’ assessments and the number of responses received from their colleagues and patients.
- Generate Organisation reports, which provide an anonymised overview of your psychiatrists' results at an organisational level – see 'Organisation reports' below for more details.
- Authorise the start of new assessments for existing psychiatrist members.
- Update email addresses for your psychiatrists within the system, to support administration.
- Close assessments after reports have been released.
- Access and provide guidance to your psychiatrists on using the system.
- There are no fees to register your organisation - fees are charged per psychiatrist registered.
- Your psychiartrists will have the same benefits of using the system as those registering independently, such as: confidential reports, results benchmarked against other psychiatrists nationally and the option to start as many assessments and receive as many reports as they wish within their membership term, at no additional cost.
You will need to apply online and submit details of your organisation and a nominated contact to act as your Organisation Administrator:
- Visit the ACP 360 system website.
- Click 'Join Us', then 'Start new registration' for ACP 360.
- Select 'Organisation' as the required registration type and submit your details.
Once your registration is approved, you will be able to access the system and submit purchase orders for 'credits', used to register your psychiatrists on the system. Invoices are issued for those orders.
Please contact the team if you require any additional information and we'll be happy to help.
There are no fees to register with ACP 360 as an organisation. Charges are applied per psychiatrist registered - if you register 10 or more when your first join, you will also be benefit from our standard introductory offer (see costs at registration).
Fee for 2024
Subscription type | Cost | Works out at... |
---|---|---|
Consultant/SAS registered by their organisation | £121 + VAT | £29 a year |
Psychiatrists that wish to register independent of their organisation can see the applicable fees under About ACP 360.
Organisational level reports are available to our organisation members. These reports allow organisations to see how their psychiatrists have performed against all other psychiatrists on the system over a specified time period.
The report shows how psychiatrists that belong to an organisation were rated by both themselves and their colleagues in comparison to all other psychiatrists on the system.
This function is available to organisations that have registered multiple psychiatrists on ACP 360 (a minimum of 5 completed assessments is required and your psychiatrists may choose to opt-out).
What the organisation report can tell you | What the organisation report can’t tell you |
---|---|
The average self-assessment ratings of participating psychiatrists in your organisation | Names of psychiatrists (excluded to protect confidentiality) |
The average ratings made by colleagues of participating psychiatrists in your organisation | Scores for individual psychiatrists (from self-ratings, colleagues and patients) |
The average ratings made by the patients of participating psychiatrists in your organisation | Free text comments from colleagues or patients |
A benchmarked comparison of how your psychiatrists have performed in their self-assessment and colleague feedback, against all psychiatrists who have participated in ACP 360 since 2014 | Average scores from other psychiatrists in your organisation if they signed-up independently with an individual account – the report will only include the average scores from the psychiatrists that you have added |
Our organisation members are listed below.
If you're a psychiatrist interested in joining ACP 360 and your organisation is listed, you may wish to check if you’re eligible for registration by your organisation, who may cover the fee for you to join (you can still register independently if you prefer). Please contact the team if you require any more information.
