Volunteering

The range of volunteering activities is endless. Almost every charity needs volunteers. Mind, Rethink, Age UK, the Alzheimer’s Society and other mental health organisations could make good use of our professional skills.

Some psychiatrists work overseas providing training in countries with less well developed mental health services or working with mental health fall-out in disaster areas.

The College also runs its own volunteering scheme.
